Forms of Payment: We accept payments by certified check, postal money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Optima, Diners Club or by wire transfer ($30 fee is buyers responsibility) direct to our account with Wells Fargo Bank. Our account number and our routing number are only available upon request. Please call 800/831-5569 or email us for this account information. Payments made by these methods will be processed within 24 hours of verification of funds. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders.

Tax Information: No sales tax applies to out-of-state orders. Residents of California add state sales tax. Foreign customers are responsible for ALL fees associated with import to their country.

Return Policy: All merchandise is subject to your approval. You have 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise for any reason you feel the product does not meet your expectations. You must call Freedom Guitar and arrange to receive a return authorization. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including original packing materials as well as manuals, hang-tags and any paperwork. When received (prepaid) we will refund the instrument's purchase price in full excluding outbound shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all freight and insurance charges going both ways, no exceptions.

Return Authorizations: No returned goods will be accepted unless a return authorization has been issued by a Freedom Guitar representative and all transportation charges paid. Goods returned without a return authorization will be refused.

Damage Information: If the merchandise is received damaged, including hidden damage, you must contact the shipping company immediately so they may send a claims inspector to evaluate the damage. Then inform Freedom Guitar and file a claim so we may ship a replacement order, if available, as soon as we get the claim information.

Important Notice: Our responsibility for damage ceases on delivery of goods to transportation company. (UPS, Federal Express, etc.). Seller shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages, including commercial loss, of any nature or due to any cause.

Typographical Error Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any typographical errors. We do our best to be as accurate as possible. But sometimes for reasons beyond our control, there may be an accidental misstated entry and by no means intentional. In this event, our deepest apology!
